Jacob & Alayna Dorrell
Founders & Lead Directors
Jacob was raised by parents who were in full time ministry, stewarding revival. Their home was always open to be a safe place for people, and family was always cultivated. Jacob studied Spanish and International Politics in school, until the Lord called him out of university to invest in the socio-politically/socio-economically disadvantaged youth of Versailles, KY full-time. He and Alayna have focused on providing community, family, resources, and discipleship to the kids and young adults they serve, and they oversee the Treehouse Network.
Jorge & Ashley Castorena
Co-Lead Directors
Jorge's family immigrated to the US from Mexico in 2000. He grew up in Louisville, KY, where, from young age, he felt a call to ministry. Jorge studied Public Relations and Journalism at Asbury University, while Ashley studied Political Science at the University of Kentucky. After graduating, he worked in church and non-profit marketing until they felt called to move to Central Kentucky to help launch Treehouse. Jorge and Ashley are passionate about revival, the Church, social justice, and community development. They co-lead Treehouse and oversee communications. They live in Wilmore with their energetic doberman-australian-shepherd-mix, Charlotte.
